Evolutions provides young men dealing with both substance abuse and mental illness with a safe place to live while they develop coping skills to become self-sufficient.

The program offers a serene, home-like setting for up to five young men between the ages of 13-17. During their 6- to 9-month stay, young men receive supportive services from our highly-qualified team so they can be successfully reunited with family or transition into an independent living situation.

Services for youth living at Evolutions include:

  • Group, individual, and family counseling
  • Family visitation
  • Recreational activities in the community
  • Health and wellness activities
  • Art therapy
  • Life skills training
  • Coping strategies

Evolutions is an LGBTQIA+ affirming home.

If you are a young person experiencing homelessness and in need of a safe place to live, contact the 24/7 helpline at 800.355.0660.
